We’re so happy you’re shopping with Bentley Kate and hope you adore everything you receive! But if something doesn’t work out, no worries—we’ve got you covered with our return process. Please read the details carefully to ensure a smooth experience. 

      Return Rules

  • Return Window: Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. Store Credit NEVER expires!

  • Final Sale Items:

  • Any item purchased at a discount of 30% or more or in the SALE category is Final Sale.

  • The following categories are always Final Sale: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, pajamas, swimwear, and athletic wear.

  • Items marked *Final Sale on the packing slip will not be accepted for return.

  • Condition: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Submit a Return Request:

We’ve made returns easy and hassle-free! Follow the simple steps below to request a return:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Request a Return.”

  2. Log in to your account using the email address you used at checkout.

  3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email  (no password needed!)

  4. Enter the code to access your account.

  5. Once logged in, you’ll see all of your orders listed in one place.

  6. From there, you can submit a return request for any order that has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
